Data & sources

Every external dataset RokBench computes with, with its licence, data date, what it feeds and when we last checked it. Standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, NEMA, IES, ASHRAE) are cited by clause and never reproduced; their values are your inputs.

Public datasets in use

● primary (the publisher's own regulation text, dataset or manual). Values are parsed from the original tables and cross-checked cell by cell; see Validation for the worked examples.

What is input, what is computed, what is referenced

Input: your model and the standard-table values you enter (breaker test X/R, motor multipliers, cable ampacity tables). Computed: everything the engine derives from inputs by the formulas on the Methods pages, with the formula and figure shown. Referenced: the public datasets above, used as defaults you can override, each labelled with its source next to the value. Nothing on the site is a sealed deliverable or a design decision.
